Currently we have the following open positions:
Project Manager
We’re looking for a full- time, permanent Project Manager to organize artistic and technological projects. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensure that deadlines, costs and goals are met, that work progresses according to the initial plan and meets the established requirements for the final product;
- Prepare project estimates and deadlines
- Follow the progress of the in-house engineering team as well as that of the external partners
- Work with multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare and organize all documentation concerning the projects
- Coordinate between team members
- Ensure that each team member lives up to his or her responsibilities and follows direction
- Coordinate the activities planned by the client and ensure that the client approves of the deliverables the team produces
- Put in place the necessary tools for effective management
- Attend meetings with the project participants in order to determine the status of the project’s progress
- Analyze variations in deliveries and recommend plans of action to the managers working on the projects
Job Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in project management in a field related to electronics
- Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team
- Leadership and the ability to effectively analyze and synthesize new information
- Concern for customer service
- A talent for organizing and managing priorities
- Be autonomous, dynamic, and have a professional attitude
- Written and spoken communication skills
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Having a valid driver’s license is an asset
