Over the past three years, Loto-Quebec has used ESKI's technology to update promotional materials distributed among all of its retailers. ESKI has developed the FlashTag, a mesh-networked LED display module designed to be incorporated into point of purchase displays designed by Artitalia.
The result is improved accuracy of the information presented, additional visual impact, efficiency, low energy consumption and extended lifetime.
In 2006, ESKI combined its LED expertise with wireless technologies to create a mesh-networked LED display that can be seamlessly integrated to existing point of purchase equipment. It allows retailers to display simple information, such as promotions, prices and jackpot prizes with greater accuracy and ease.

Each FlashTag being a transceiver, each unit can receive its own information and simultaneously retransmit this information to its neighbours (much like a domino effect). This novel feature allows for longer distances between the FlashHub and FlashTags, making this technology scaleable for different retail environments.
